WHO WE ARE

Shero Coffee Club is a purpose-driven brand founded by Melissa Farmer-Hill, a retired U.S. Army Combat Veteran and visionary leader who believes every woman Veteran’s story deserves to be celebrated. What began as a simple idea—to pair great coffee with powerful storytelling—has grown into a national movement brewing confidence, connection, and community one meaningful cup at a time.

Built to honor the strength, stories, and service of women who served across every branch, background, and era, Shero Coffee Club blends coffee with conversation to create change that matters.

As our community has grown, so has our mission. We now uplift not only the women who wore the uniform, but also the many ways women show up in the world—with courage, compassion, leadership, creativity, and grace. This evolution inspired the expansion of our product lines and the creation of the Shero Tea Collection—a celebration of the everyday SHERO within all women.

At the heart of everything we do is our SHERO acronym. a SHERO is a woman who is:

• Sip-On-This: The Shero Ambassador Blog — Published on the 1st and 15th of every month, spotlighting stories, lived experiences, and reflections from women Veterans in our Ambassador community.

• Shero Insider — Our weekly newsletter offering reflections, resources, inspiration, and behind-the-scenes insight into what’s brewing across our community.

• Shero Coffee Chat — Our signature weekly show “where coffee meets conversation.” This 30-minute livestream brings insight, laughter, wellness topics, and real talk that fuels inspiration across the Veteran and supporter community.

Our Shero Ambassadors embody our pillars and SHERO values—serving as storytellers, advocates, and community leaders who bring our mission to life. Each Ambassador is a woman who served and leads with strength, reminding the world that women Veterans are more than their service—they are forces of purpose, creativity, and power.

SHERO TEA CHAMPIONS (coming January 2026)

As Shero Coffee Club expanded, we recognized the countless ways women show up in the world—often without applause, yet always with impact. Our Shero Tea Champions represent this wider expression of strength. 

 

Tea Champions are caregivers, leaders, artists, volunteers, mothers, advocates, and everyday women navigating real-life seasons. They help expand our mission by showing that strength isn’t defined only by military service—strength is how women rise in every role, every day.

Our tea blends honor these expressions of womanhood, celebrating the unique ways women give, serve, heal, nurture, and lead.

 

MORE THAN WHAT’S IN THE CUP

We host empowering experiences, support fundraisers for Veteran and nonprofit organizations, and create spaces—online and in person—where women can connect, heal, grow, and rise together.
