Refunds, Shipping, Exchange & Returns

Returnes:

Sip Nation coffee brands are non-refundable and cannot be returned. If there is an issue with your order call us at 312-880-8614. We will always do our best to make sure that you’ll get what you need, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fix the order before it ships. If we have inadvertently sent you the wrong order email us at info@mysipnation.com. Ensure the subject line states WRONG ORDER with order #_____.

 

Shipping:

We use the United States Postal Service for all orders based on the destination and order weight.

 

Cancellations:

Subscriptions are auto renewed and can be cancelled online at any time.

 

Exchange:

Sip Nation does not offer returns on its coffee. Should you be dissatisfied, you can exchange your unopened bag of coffee for another within 15 days of placing your order The company’s apparel can be returned within 15 days for an exchange or in-store credit. But, items like mugs can be fully returned or exchanged within 30 days.

Coffee ordered through Sip Nation is non-refundable and cannot be returned. If you have a subscription and wish to stop receiving coffee deliveries, you will need to cancel your subscription. How Do I Cancel My Atlas Coffee Club Subscription?

By ordering an Atlas Coffee Club monthly subscription, you understand and agree to be billed on a per-order basis, in a recurring fashion, at the frequency and quantity of your choosing until you decide to cancel your subscription.

If there is physical damage to the package or you feel it is unsafe to consume, bags of coffee can be returned for equal exchange of the same blend. Coffee, at this time, cannot be returned for credit or refund. If you require further assistance, please email info@mysipnation.comm.
