Refunds, Shipping, Exchange & Returns

The SHERO COFFEE CLUB coffee brands are non-refundable and cannot be returned. If you encounter any issues with your order, please call us at 312-608-8110. While we always strive to fulfill your needs, we cannot guarantee changes to orders once they have been processed for shipping. If you have received an incorrect order, please email us at info@sherocoffeeclub.com with the subject line "WRONG ORDER" and include your order number.

Shipping:
We utilize the United States Postal Service for all shipments, based on the destination and weight of your order.

Cancellations:
Subscriptions are automatically renewed and can be cancelled online at any time. 
You may also cancel your subscription, email our customer support team at info@sherocoffeeclub.com.

Exchanges:
The SHERO COFFEE CLUB does not accept returns on its coffee. However, if you are dissatisfied, you can exchange your unopened bag of coffee for another within 15 days of placing your order. Apparel can be returned within 15 days for an exchange or in-store credit. Items such as mugs can be fully returned or exchanged within 30 days.

By ordering a Shero Coffee Club subscription, you agree to be billed on a per-order basis, in a recurring manner, at your chosen frequency and quantity until you choose to cancel your subscription.
