Please note that Shero Coffee Club coffee brands are non-refundable and cannot be returned once opened.
If you encounter any issues with your order, call us at 312-869-9233. While we always strive to meet your needs, we cannot guarantee changes to orders once they have been processed for shipping.
If you received an incorrect order, email us at info@sherocoffeeclub.com with the subject line “WRONG ORDER” and include your order number.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) with a flat-rate shipping fee.

Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel online at any time, or email info@sherocoffeeclub.com for assistance.

Exchanges

Coffee: Unopened bags may be exchanged for another variety within 15 days of purchase.

Apparel: May be exchanged or returned for in-store credit within 15 days.

Mugs & accessories: May be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

Fraud Protection & Order Verification
All orders are securely verified. By purchasing, you confirm you’re the authorized user of the payment method. Receipts and confirmations serve as proof of purchase.

Subscription Terms
By purchasing a Shero Coffee Club subscription, you agree to recurring billing at your selected frequency and quantity until you choose to cancel.
